Looking 4 Iowa Lone Star Pattern/Nov. 93

I am looking for the pattern for the Iowa Lone Star Quilt from the November '93 issue of Quilter's Notebook Magazine. I began making it sometime back, however, after a series of moves, I have lost the magazine - the only issue missing from that year! I've been looking for it for some time and now must consider it gone for good.

If you have this magazine I'd appreciate hearing from you as I have some questions about the quilt's completion.
