Batik Remix '08
Quiltmaker is teaming up with Robert Kaufman to offer you a new challenge: Batik Remix '08. What can you create using Quiltmaker patterns and Robert Kaufman Artisan Batiks? Debra Lunn and Michael Mrowka design the batiks and hand-painted fabrics, and direct their production in Java for Robert Kaufman.
There are lots of great prizes from our elite sponsors, including a sewing machine, sewing storage, iron, fabric, stencils, patterns, thread, software and notions. Plus, you'll have the fun of working with these luscious fabrics. We'll feature some of the winning quilts in an upcoming issue, hang a show of selected quilts in the CK Media Gallery in Golden, Colorado and show all the finalists on our website
Patterns from any issue of Quiltmaker are eligible for use in the contest. View the table of contents of back issues and order them at VillageQuiltShoppe.com. You are welcome to combine parts of different patterns, if you wish.
