Tumbling Tiles: Time to get creative with this enchanting quilt. Finishing at 42”x 58”, this quilt has a variety of different sized Courthouse Steps blocks in a unique on-point setting. The blocks are quilted using embroidery floss and a large running stitch. The cream background is quilted with an assortment of hand-drawn motifs stitched in red.

    Love the Hocus Pocus quilt on the cover. But, is there a mistake in the dimensions for piece D and E, or am I reading it wrong. The D rectangle is 1.5″ wide by 18.5″, but E is 2.5″ square. Doesn’t that make E too big to be the square in the middle if it is sewn to D? And shouldn’t D be 9.5″ long? Should D be 1.5″ wide or 2.5″? Am I reading it wrong?

    It’s a toss up between Jamaican Stars and Spook Out. Love the use of batiks in Jamaican Stars and the whimsy in Spook Out.
