About Diane Harris

I'm an editor for Quiltmaker magazine in Golden, Colorado, USA. For six years, I wrote pattern instructions, product reviews and how-to articles. Then I spent four years as QM's Interactive Editor, working to generate much of our online content. Now I'm back to patterns and how-tos, which is a great fit for me. I still love writing about quilt-related topics for Quilty Pleasures, and I always have my finger on the pulse of the quilting world. I teach a variety of quilt classes and give guild programs, too. I finally had time to look closely at my copy of “Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks, vol. 9″ today. The blocks are amazing! I was so disappointed to find that instead of having Pattern Sheet #1/Pattern Sheet #2 AND Pattern Sheet #3/Pattern Sheet #4, my copy had
TWO Pattern Sheet #1/Pattern Sheet #2.

Of course the block that I am most interested in making is “Got Wheels?” I have sent a couple of emails to Customer Service and tried to exchange the magazine with the correct pattern sheets in the store where I purchased it (No copies remained!). I surely hope Customer Service comes through for me!

I can’t wait to get my copy! My daughter works at B&N so I will have her be on the lookout.

  3. Annmarie says:

Curious to know when the Blog Hop winners will be announced.

  4. Claudia says:

That bicycle looks like so much fun. Don’t you think it needs a playing card clipped in the spokes to make “that” sound?
