    I love Under the Sea and Penny Lane! Living in Michigan, with our five Great Lakes and numerous inland lakes with their crystal clear waters, Under the Sea would be a perfect summer project for me! And Penny Lane is just a natural for me, since my last name is Penney! (although I would love to recreate it in some bold, bright colors!).

    Choices. Choices. Choices. So many exciting variations and patterns. “Beach Bungalow” was high on my to-do list, but I finally settled on “Quaint” and “Fascination” from Victoria Eapen’s book “Large Block Quilts.” Their names amused me.
