    I love it when these 100 block volumes come out!
    I love the My Country pattern and have the perfect fabric for it (since my son was born on the 4th of July, I ALWAYS have patriotic fabric on hand, lol), and I have been collecting teals and purples for about a year, waiting for the perfect pattern…I think it just might be the Facinating Twist pattern in this issue and I will FINALLY get to learn how to foundation paper piece…thanks so much!

  32. I just love Blocked In. I haven’t done black/white/red in combination before, but this really appeals to me.

  33. Loved the looks of the projects, particularly Mexican Sunflowers. But Quiltmaker always has the best bang for the buck.

    I purchased the magazine today (Tuesday, Sept. 4) at a local supermarket at 11:15 am. The table runner mention at the top of the cover caught my eye even before I pulled the magazine out of the rack.

    I just found this website and love what I see. I’m fairly new to quilting, and look forward to improving my skills. Your magazine seems to provide me with lots of ideas for future projects. I love the Turtle Lagoon design, being an environmental science teacher, and having a husband who likes turtles. It has shading that seems to mimic shades of color found in pools of water, not to mention the cute turtles. Hope I have a chance to win an issue of your magazine.
