joinforblogtour5 200 Whats a Blog Tour?If you’re not familiar with blog tours, this post is for you. Quiltmaker hosts a blog tour twice each year leading up to the release of our 100 Blocks series of issues. During the blog tour, readers visit our blog (Quilty Pleasures) each day, at any time it’s convenient.

Rose Bud Reel by Sue Garman appeared in Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Volume 4.

We’ll show a few blocks from the upcoming 100 Blocks Volume, and we’ll link to the blogs of about a dozen block designers, like this:

1. Anita Grossman Solomon: makeitsimpler.blogspot.com

You have the fun of visiting as many of those blogs as you wish. On each one there is another chance to win a copy of the issue! Just follow the instructions for your chance to win.

At the end of the week, we give away one very large prize: the Great Big Bundle. Just follow the instructions each day to be entered in the various giveaways.

The link lists will stay up on Quilty Pleasures, so if you run out of time, you can come back later. And 100 Blocks Volumes continue to be available in paper or electronic form, so you can decide to purchase them at any time.

You can get in on even more fun by “Liking” us on Facebook, enjoying our Pinterest boards or following us on Twitter.

We’ll look forward to seeing you during our next blog tour, which begins Monday, April 30 here on Quilty Pleasures.
