Today’s featured Treasure Hunt sponsor is RJR Fabrics.
RJR Fabrics is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-quality fabric designed exclusively for the crafting of quilts and home sewing.
RJR specializes in the production of 100% cotton fabrics, brushed flannels, cotton sateens, and specialty fabrics including PFD (prepared for dyeing) silk and micro-polyester fleece.
Coming in 2012 is Rajasthan, shown above, by Jinny Beyer. The entire collection is breathtaking! Other well-known designers for RJR are Robyn Pandolph, Lynette Jensen and Pat Nickols. Don’t miss the free patterns page when you browse the RJR website!
Ever wondered what the letters RJR stand for? Those are the first initials of the Cohan family members who founded the company more than 30 years ago: father Robert and sons James and Richard. RJR was the result of Robert’s dream to preserve a three-generation tradition in textiles reaching back to 1908 and the family’s woolen mills in Portland.
Each of 25 Treasure Hunt prize packages will include a bundle of 20 fat quarters from the Let It Snow collection by Kim Martin, shown above. I love the roly-poly snowmen and the brightly colored gifts!
Quiltmaker gratefully acknowledges RJR’s generous sponsorship during the Treasure Hunt. We appreciate their partnership.
