Each day in October we’ll feature one industry sponsor who is partnering with us for Quiltmaker’s Treasure Hunt. You’ll find all the details on our Treasure Hunt page.
Today’s featured sponsor is Coats & Clark.
With a history dating back to the early 1800s, Coats & Clark has a long tradition of producing supplies for quilting, sewing, crochet, knitting, needlework and crafts.
For a fun peek into sewing history, visit the history page on the Coats & Clark website.
You won’t want to miss the page on quilting threads, either.
One of my favorite things currently is the Coats & Clark Christmas Countdown, which is linked from the homepage. Each week until Christmas, Coats features a free project sheet to keep your creativity pumping.
Each of 25 Treasure Hunt prize packages will include an 18-spool assortment of Dual Duty threads courtesy of Coats & Clark. Wouldn’t that be fun to play with?!
Quiltmaker gratefully acknowledges Coats & Clarks’ generous sponsorship during the Treasure Hunt. We appreciate their partnership.

Your links above, Quiltmaker’s Treasure Hunt and Treasure Hunt page, do not link to anything for me. I get a message that these pages do not exist.

I wish I knew how many miles of Coats and Clark threads my mother and I have used in our lifetimes. It always seems to be the brand I reach for when I start a project.
Thanks Claudia. We’re not sure why the links weren’t working earlier–we put them in again and they are working now.
I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one having problems with this Treasure Hunt….
I have been using coats and clarks thread all my life. I have been sewing for over fifty years with clothing first and now quilting.
