About Diane Harris

I'm an editor for Quiltmaker magazine in Golden, Colorado, USA. For six years, I wrote pattern instructions, product reviews and how-to articles. Then I spent four years as QM's Interactive Editor, working to generate much of our online content. Now I'm back to patterns and how-tos, which is a great fit for me. I still love writing about quilt-related topics for Quilty Pleasures, and I always have my finger on the pulse of the quilting world. I teach a variety of quilt classes and give guild programs, too. I have be using Warm and Natural batting recently and love it. I have used it in my past several quilts. I also finished a quilt for my grandson recently where I embroidered animals and bugs onto blocks with my Sulky thread and it turned out beautiful. Thanks to both for their part in this party!!

I like the Warm and Natural batting very much, but haven’t got much experience with Sulky thread and will give it a try. Thank you from out here in blog land sponsors!

I use Warm and Natural and Lite Steam-a-Seam II like I own the company. My machine loves Sulky threads, and I have a good stash–but NOT all the colors! What’s a girl to do?

Thanks to both Sulky and The Warm Company for the prizes as part of this great series.

Love the battings from the Warm company and use them all the time. Haven’t tried the Sulky thread but think I will get some and try it as they have beautiful colors.
