We’re very excited about a fresh collaboration between Quiltmaker and The Electric Quilt Company.
First, a little background: My EQ Boutique is a new website offering traditional and contemporary downloadable quilt and block patterns to print in any size you want. Free software for collecting and printing patterns is included with your first purchase.
Quiltmaker is now happy to offer all of the patterns from Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks Volume 1 through My EQ Boutique! The entire Volume 1 block collection is available as a set for one low price, or you may purchase the blocks individually.
There are so many great advantages to owning the patterns in this format.
• No size limitations—print any block at any size
• Purchase and/or print only the patterns you want
• Patterns take up no physical space, everything is stored electronically
• Pay no shipping
• Patterns are available instantly and at any time thereafter
• If you own EQ7, patterns can be linked and used there
We think you’ll love this great new option for owning 100 Blocks patterns. Take a peek at My EQ Boutique.

This is a great idea! But now that I have a MacBook, I can’t use my EQ anymore
QuilterKathy, it’s still possible to use EQ on your Mac. In fact there is a whole Mac user group on yahoo: EQonMacs. If you’re interested, write techsupport@electricquilt.com and they can send you some info about how other users are doing this. There’s also a podcast from Apple which shows some options of running Windows programs on a Mac.
I am so excited to be with Quiltmaker. I really enjoy the magazines, and have made many quilts from the magazines.
I am getting started with the Dozens of Daisies quilt, and I am very excited. I decided to use up some of my stash, which I have plenty. I love to collect fat quarters.
I have EQ7; this will make it easy to download the patterns.
I enjoy my EQ7 and; My Quilt Boutique would be a wonderful addition.
I haven’t tried EQ but it sure looks tempting! Maybe for Christmas!
