    I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the sunblock patch. Probably because my favorite color is yellow, and it enhances the color wonderfully! Not to mention, I have become on of the paper-piecing addicts.

    How are we supposed to get anything done with this blog tour going on! Dust bunnies have takena over my house, my children have been in the same clothes since Sunday & we’re down to Ritz crackers & Easy Squeeze for breakfast, lunch & dinner!
    One of my favorite blocks so far is Cinzia White’s. It is just so amazing! I can’t wait to get hold of the directions!

    I truly enjoyed visiting the blogs, especially those that show the block from the book in a quilt layout, some with variations.     rally, this is such a difficult choice! I really love Pat Sloan’s block. I can’t imagine making it, but I think it’s absolutely wonderful because it takes a traditional design and updates it with color and style. so creative!

    All the blocks are terrific. I really like Laura’s Rose Garden Block because I enjoy making quilts that give the illusion of curves (since I’m a little inexperienced in actually sewing curves).

    Wow. SO many awesome blocks and each day it gets harder to choose a favorite. I keep going back and forth trying to decide which is my favorite. I can say that my number 1 yesterday has been bumped down to number 2 after seeing Gina Redlin’s block at Splinters and Threads Musings. I am not seeing the name of her block anywhere so I can’t give that but the block is awesome. That’s definitely my favorite as of this minute.

    Since incorporating Bonnie’s scrap saver system, I am always anxious to try her patterns since the pieces are already waiting. Winston Ways makes for a very clever looking quilt as do the other contributors blocks. Keeping my fingers crossed!!!!!! Matilda

    I thought last year’s “Birthday Girl” by Bonnie Hunter was so HER, but this year her “Winston Ways” is even more HER! Including her own striped shirt in there and her signature love for cheddar. Beautiful!!!

    There were so many but I loved the Sunblock that Eileen Fowler created, especially in the scrap version. One of the bloggers suggested a sampler quilt made with blocks from the magazine and I just love that Idea because I can’t pick just one.
