What a great idea! I have some of the Christmas and party dresses my mom made for me when I was a little girl. Now that I have a grandaughter and my mom has passed away, I am going to use the fabric to make crazy quilt Christmas ornanments for her. Maybe a new one each year, or maybe save some of the fabric for all the grandbabies still twinkling in the winter sky. Thanks for the inspiration.
