I got the error message the other day when I tried it, but today, I was able to open it and download it. Today, as I clicked on the link, I held down the CTRL key at the same time.

I'm unable to access the file too! Frustrating! I'm using IE and tried to open in a new tab but still getting the error message. Very disappointing...

I have explorer, too, and no matter what I try, it will not come up....alway an error message. I give up!

I tried this and still got the error 404 message. I didn't get the "tab" with a big blue "e" at all. Anything else I can try?

I've tried this with different browsers with varying results. Using Mozilla Firefox or Netscape, I was able to left-click on the link and it brought it up fine. Internet Explorer was a little more difficult. Try this: Right-click on the link and select "Open in New Tab". You will have a second "tab" near the top of your screen, it will have the big blue "e" followed by http//www.quiltmaker.com/...... If you click on that tab, you should be able to view the instructions. When you say you could save it but not print, what do you mean? is there no option to print? Or, did you print it out and all the text come out in weird characters? Thanks - Lori
