My friend has a new granddaughter, and I offered to make a quilt. She asked that it be girly & pink, and I remembered this panel. I found a variation of the panel, some yardage for borders, backing, and edging, and a set of charm squares online. Since I am learning to use a new embroidery machine, I decided to incorporate some embroidered hearts on both sides instead of patchwork on one side. And to disguies some discolorations caused by batting contents, I added some strategically placed flowers. I have posted a pic in the gallery.
