Stardust Memory is a great quilt for illustrating the EQ7 Rotate Fabric tool. It’s fun to see how the simple idea of rotating fabric can alter the look of your quilt. Take a look at these tips for rotating fabric and full size examples for inspiration.

Step 1: With EQ7 open and Stardust Memory quilt on your screen, click Libraries > Fabric Library.

Step 2: When the fabric library appears, click on Search > By Notecard.

Step 3: In the search box type: stripes. In the Find at most put 87 and click Search.

Step 4: Scroll through the fabrics and find a striped fabric you like. When you find one you like click on It to select it and then click Add to Sketchbook. Add as many fabrics as you like then click Close.
