Instructions to make the Spinner blocks can be found in Bonnie Hunter’s Addicted to Scraps column in the March/April ’10 issue of Quiltmaker.
Make this throw with 48 Spinner blocks. Keep the red and white scraps in position, but change the star colors from block to block. Add a 2″ finished white border and a 4″ finished red border for a 58″x 60″ throw.
