Princess Crown |

Mix and match your scraps.
Instructions to make the 6" Princess Crown block can be found in Bonnie Hunter's Addicted to Scraps column in the January/February ’12 issue of Quiltmaker.
For a 33" quilt (as shown), you will need 25 Princess Crown blocks, 44 2" squares and 25 Flying Geese for the border.
Join the blocks to make the rows. Sew the rows together. For each side border join 10 2" squares and 5 Flying Geese. For each top and bottom border join 12 2" squares and 5 Flying Geese. Matching centers and ends sew the border side strips to the quilt. Add the border top and bottom strips in the same way.
