Patterns and directions for this double comforter Bluebird quilt are given in QM's All-Time Favorites--Fall '01. As a bonus to our web site visitors, we've designed this beautiful wall quilt from one block plus borders that feature appliqued and quilted leaves. Use the patterns on the special issue insert for this project. If you need a copy, check your local newsstand, or to order by phone, call 800-590-3465. Outside the U.S., call 720-836-1123.
For more detailed instructions on each step of the quiltmaking process, see our Basic Lessons.
