I design many of Quiltmaker’s original quilting motifs. I also help design, draft and diagram the quilts and create how-to figures for our patterns. I enjoy the sizing and drafting of quilts and quilting plans, because it lets me use the math side of my brain, as well as the creative side--a perfect combination.

My quilting time is snatched here and there, when I’m not helping my sons with homework or following their sporting events. My sewing room is full-to-overflowing with fabric, sketched ideas and, after more than twenty years of quilting, lots of UFO’s. The endless combinations of color, design and irresistibly yummy fabrics keep me constantly thinking about my next quilt.
